2024 income base self assessment (schedule of financial statistics)
The form below should be used by Treasurers to submit Congregational Regular Income to support the preparation of the Income Base for the 2026 Giving to Grow requirement. The data input should be from the final accounts of the congregation for the year ended 31 December 2024.

- Complete and submit the form by Monday 31 March, 2025.
- The process does not generate a form for printing therefore please retain a note of amounts entered for future reference.
